"มีลูกยาก" หรือจะ "ฝากไข่" ทำไมคุณหมอแนะนำให้ตรวจ AMH AMH (Anti-Müllerian hormone) คือ ฮอร์โมนที่ถูกสร้างมาจากรังไข่ของผู้หญิง โดยการตรวจฮอร์โมนนี้สามารถบอกได้ถึงจำนวนไข่และความสามารถในการทำงานของรังไข่ อีกทั้งยังสามารถบอกได้ถึงโอกาสการตั้งครรภ์ได้ ค่า AMH ที่คุณผู้หญิงควรรู้ก่อน “ฝากไข่” และ “ทำเด็กหลอดแก้ว” Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) เป็นฮอร์โมนหนึ่งของผู้หญิง จะมีปริมาณสัมพันธ์กับจำนวนไข่ใบเล็ก ๆ (antral follicles) ในรังไข่ แพทย์จึงใช้ฮอร์โมนนี้ในการตรวจวัดปริมาณของไข่ในรังไข่ได้ ถ้าค่าอยุ่ในช่วง 1-4 ng/ml (ปกติ) ถ้าค่าต่ำกว่า 1 ng/ml จะมีการลดลงของการทำงานของรังไข่ ค่าต่ำคือ < 0.2–0.7 ng/mL คือรังไข่จะตอบสนองต่อการกระตุ้นไข่ได้น้อยลง มีความเสี่ยงมีบุตรยาก ถ้าค่า AMH สูง > 6.7 ng/mL จะสัมพันธ์กับภาวะถุงน้ำรังไข่มาก (PCOS) แพทย์ก็จะพิจารณาเรื่องการฉีดยากระตุ้นไข่เป็นพิเศษในเคสแบบนี้ค่ะ ฮอร์โมน FSH ( Follicle Stimulating Hormone ) เป็นฮอร์โมนที่ทำหน้าที่กระตุ้นรังไข่ให้สร้างไข่และไข่สุก กระตุ้นให้เกิดการสร้างฮอร์โมนเอสโตรเจน ถ้าไม่มีตัวนี้ก็จะทำให้เป็นหมันได้ -ถ้าระดับฮอร์โมน FHS สูง แสดงว่ารังไข่ทำงานได้ไม่ดี -ถ้าระดับ FSH
